Connecting a destination to it’s audience 

Our client is a Department of Tourism for a popular Southeast Asian destination, who wants to increase tourist numbers and expenditures over the next decade. Our brief is to create a multi city activation incorporating a highly visual, interactive LED set with experiential touch points and elements.

In terms of production Make Happen has been briefed to manage, plan and deliver all aspects of the event working closely with the Department of Tourism in order to understand and develop a strategy that’s best suited their target consumers.

Approach

Aligned with the brief and the expectations of stakeholders, we’ve begun to work with our suppliers and producers.

We’re in the stage of creating an experience where passers-by can be drawn into the excitement that this destination has to offer.

We’re looking to construct a stand with innovative and green materials, that is highly visual and user-friendly. We want to give the stand a traditional and culturally appropriate look and feel and we’re also looking to design games, competitions and experiences that truly engage our client’s target audience and encourages them to share their experience on social media, to generate a broader reach.
