Awards Ceremony BVCA

SUMMARY

Our client, the British Venture Capitalist Association wanted help with their annual awards ceremony which brings together the private equity and venture capital community. The event aim was to bring together around 600 attendees for a night of networking, entertainment and celebrations.

APPROACH

Working closely with the BVCA, we planned, sourced and managed all entertainment aspects of the event – including entertainment by Queens of Soul and The Sizzling Swingers to create a varied night of music suitable for different stages of the event (drinks reception, dinner and post-dinner entertainment). To make sure our clients enjoyed the event, we sourced personalised entertainment options based on our experience with them, managed the relationship pre-event and briefed the AV team on specific requirements.

Overall, creating a memorable experience for all and going above and beyond for our client expectations.

RESULTS

A unique guest experience that ensured a close collaboration with BVCA to create a high energy and creative awards evening. Over 600 people enjoyed an evening of unique and tailored entertainment, with an extremely high positive feedback rating. The entertainers selected were versatile and suited different stages of the event allowing the BVCA to ask for specific requirements.

An event that presented the association as engaging and innovative to their members and other guests. Since the event we have been involved in all of their other large-scale events and have some exciting projects coming up with them.
