THE ASK

Our client Havas Lynx is one of the UK’s top PR & Communications agencies. The event was an awards ceremony to celebrate their greatest achievements over the last 12 months; involving all staff members, external stakeholders and a selection of clients of high profile clients. The aim of the event was to create a unique awards evening that embodied the organisations culture and values.

In terms of event production, the brief for Make Happen was to design, plan, produce and deliver all aspects of the event, working closely with Havas Lynx. The theme of the event was ‘Lynx Life (Halloween)’.

APPROACH

Working closely with Havas, we planned, produced and executed an immersive Halloween event – including the use of a bespoke musical arrangement from our violinist. We transformed a traditional looking corporate ballroom into an immersive and engaging Halloween event, keeping the event on brand and embodying the ethos and culture of the PR giants. To make sure our clients got to enjoy the event, we managed everything from theme conceptualisation, tech to finalising the production schedules and more.

RESULTS

A unique guest experience that ensured a close collaboration with Havas to create a high energy and fun awards evening. The creation of an immersive Halloween themed event full of surprises and celebrations, embodying the values of the brand. A venue transformation through the use of light gobos to create an eerie surrounding and light projections of key hash tags to further boost the event on social platforms.

An event that presented the brand as innovative and creative to their stakeholders and other guests members. Since the event we have been involved in all of their other large-scale events both locally and globally
