To bring together and reward a group of 990 top sellers from a wealth management company for 6 days and 5 nights. The group needed to leave the incentive energised and prepared for to sell the product.

The brief for Make Happen was to look after the entire project including concept creation, logistics, production, stakeholder management, audience engagement & onsite delivery.


This incentive needed to be extra WOW. We had to push the boundaries with creativity and come up with something that the attendees would never forget. Our client was particularly keen to impress the team with WOW experiences during the event. On day 1, the group were travelling/transferring to their chosen hotel followed with a welcome dinner and networking on a boat. Other activities included a sailing boat regatta, Wynwood craft brewery and graffiti tour, interactive art experience, baseball at Marlins Park, sunset sail with dinner and cocktails and a Miami design district shopping tour in convertible Mustangs. Every evening, the group had entertainment and WOW dining experiences utilising big open spaces as well as rooftop bars. We used 2 hotels that were located next to each other so the group could remain together and we also ensured that the group could pick their own activities so that they had the freedom to create their own program.
