THE ASK

To connect 250 employees from different locations across the UK for a festive virtual celebration.

After working remotely for most of the year, the brief for Make Happen was to design & deliver a virtual event that was engaging & fun for everyone.

OUR RESPONSE

A musical 3 hour Rockin’ Reception over Zoom. Working closely with our client to learn about their employees, we curated an event agenda which included a series of team challenges, break-outs and performances, hosted by world-renowned musicians. By taking the time to learn about our client’s teams, we were able to celebrate promotions, business wins, spotlight special milestones & include inside jokes, which ensured a personalised experience where everyone felt involved.

The event was tied together at the end when the musicians worked with the employees in their teams to write lyrics for a custom song which was performed, recorded & shared post-event.
