Brand Activation & experiential marketing
Our client Scitec Nutrition is a global leader in sports supplements. They came to Make Happen wanting to reward, engage and educate 20 of their sponsored athletes on their brand. The aim of the event was to showcase Scitec and to create an environment where they could present the roll out of the brands next 12 months and products. The event needed to be on brand and capture attention/imagination.
In terms of event production, our brief included managing the concept, design, planning, production, location, venue, suppliers, catering and any activities.
Working with Scitec, we designed planned and produced a brand day event that involved a brand activation event in the morning and a team building activity in the afternoon. We selected quirky on trend venues, used disruptive event formats and incorporated experiential marketing. Working closely with Scitec – we worked with them on the theme, venue selection & management, planning & production, requirements & quality management, venue & sub-contractor management, branded display items, branded & graphics & display stands, schedule management, specialist catering, room design & production, lighting, sound, content, a social dinner, and delegate management. An important aspect of this was making sure everything was ambitious, creative and challenging to align with the brand values. We made sure we pushed the boundaries with tasting sessions, assault course activities and inspirational speakers.
A unique guest experience that ensured a close collaboration to create a high energy and rewarding brand activation. An intimate gathering of athletes that guaranteed full immersion into the brand. Athletes were educated, conversations started, connections and memories were made, selfies were taken, and content was shared. Helping Scitec not only educate their athletes on the future of the brand but also create valuable content from the day that was shared, liked and uploaded multiple times on social media.
