Brand Experience - Selfridges

Selfridges in the Trafford Centre is an iconic Christmas shopping experience for everyone in the North West of England. Over 6 dates in December 2015, Selfridges and Make Happen created 6 surprise pop-up live experiences for Christmas shoppers.

Brief

Surprise, amaze and entertain shoppers during Christmas, using an approach that’s on brand and quirky.

Approach

Our a cappella boy band, performed wirelessly, on both the escalator and in main entrance, to charm the Christmas shoppers. They sang fun and attractive Christmas songs, with the Christmas shoppers joining in for a sing along.

Results

Shoppers were surprised, amazed and entertained – making their Christmas experience enjoyable and memorable. Everyone sang along, memories were made, selfies were taken, and content was shared.
